I'm considering starting up a '60-'66 Chevy Truck Club. I'd like to know what you all think. Would you be interested in joining? Seems to me that it would be kinda cool to be able to meet as a club at the local car shows. Maybe host some of our own. I'm curious. What do you all think?

Could be a cool deal IF you can drum up enough members!.. That's why I thought I'd test the water and see if it would be something people would be interested in. Every large group started out small. I think if we get the word out, people will dig it.

Reality?.... not all of us live in the phoenix area, but those of you that do can start a support group! Really, a messageboard such as this is a club-- only in a virtual sense! People meet and discuss and exchange opinions without having to agree on a convenient time and place! I recently registered and have begun work at Duallycrew.com because I want to start a virtual parent club with local chapters. There are probably at least 500 crewcab duallies in Lake Havasu City. That should be enough to start Havasu Duallycrew! I think I'm going to start my fundraising efforts by copyrighting window decal phrasing : "In loving memory of" and the first version I'll print will say "In loving memory of- DEAD PEOPLE"... Think I might sell a few?

Sounds good to me, How would you go about organizing a club when we are all over the map? Would you have one club and different Chapters of that club? I have noticed several from Illinois on here, maybe we could find a central location for all of us! Just kicking around some ideas!
Besides how often do you see a 60-66 model truck running up and down the road, (not many around here anyway) much less a parking lot full.

Well, with everybody scattered all over the planet I guess you would have to divide it up into chapters I would think???.....
