Hi. My 62 GMC 910 has the same option. From what I can find out this was an option few ever paid for. They are quite rare. I have only seen pictures of 2-3 others. Rather then have a spare for show I opted to go with 6 tires so I had 3 matched sets to rotate, each one spending time mounted as the spare. The tires last much longer and they all get used.
