I'm Robert, live in Tooele.
I've sort of got a 65, in pieces right now. I was going to put it on a 4x4 LWB frame, but then was given a very rusty 79 Blazer with a set of 8 lugs under it, and I already have a stepside bed, so someday I'll put it together.
Already had one before, had a 65 SB stepside, 350, SM420, beater/daily driver. had a lot of fun with it. Redid suspension, bed, rewired, diff(x3, don't ask!!) built different engine, painted, "let" the ex have it in the divorce, wanted to keep my K2500 and had to choose. Actually, it might still be in the Denver area, the cab was raspberry and white, never did paint the bed....
Anyhow, found the site, got one, trying to plan a bit before I start buying parts.
