Power steering mounting problems

I am doing a front end swap to power disc brakes and power steering on my 64 c10. the new parts were out of a 72 blazer. Everything was going great until the power steering. It seems that the pitman arm and tie rod ends are much to close to the control arms and the whole front assembly. Also I'm having a difficult time finding a place to attach the idler arm. It almost looks like the pitman arm is on backwards. As this would move everything away from the front end. I am starting to be at a loss in the whole situation. Any ideas would be a great help. For the power steering conversion, you need one of the adapter kits to properly locate the steering parts and mounting angle. REZ Engineering is the originator of the kit, although there are now several other firms offering similar products. I installed an REZ kit almost 20 years ago in my 1960 and it works great.

I used the adapter kit as well, and it spaces everything just right. However, I did have to buy a different pitman arm
