Well, here is the first pick of my ole truck! She's been sitting for awhile and beside plent of character, she's full of....RUST...... Floor boards are gone, cab mounts and rails are good, but the cab corners, rocker panels,...etc are rusted clean through....
The step bed looks solid, but it's been altered to the point of no return! When the original wood gave way, somebody welded in angle iron and 1/4 inch steel plates for the bed! HEAVY!
So, I plan to repair the cab, but I'm going to put a flat wooden bed on it for awhile. I picked up a fleetside bed, and until I get that refurbished, I'll drive it with the flat bed on it.
Now for the good news; the little 283 runs EXCELLENT! She runs and drives excellent, and drive train is all original!

anyone know if its possible to turn my c10 into 4x4 ?
