Hey guys, I got a problem with my electrical system. Here goes, every time I run my radio[with no amp] along with my heater or electric fan or even headlights my generator light tends to come on. Im running a 80 amp alternator with internal voltage regulator do I need to go with a bigger amp alternator or I've heard of trying a 1 or 2 farad compacitor to recycle power that might be lost or do you think that something is wired wrong, plaese help! THANKS QUIK66'

The power that you are drawing is typical for any alternator to handle. You could take the alternator and regulator, (if equipped with the external type), to your local auto parts store to have them tested.
You could also take the truck over and have them do the test while still installed on the truck.
