Hello all I am new to this board. I live in Greenville Tx. I just picked up a 1962 Chevy truck. First one I have owned this old. I also own a 2000 GMC and a 1968 Chevy truck. I am retired Navy, just retired on the 31st of Aug this year. I hope to learn alot of good info from you guys.

Welcome from the Northwest, and from a former Marine (66-70). I'm recently retired as well. Have you decided what you want to do with your 62, or is it just going to be a driver? Post some pics when you get a chance.

I was Aviation. H-60's really. As for posting pic's I havnt figured that out yet. If you have a face book log in they are there under my page there. My name is James Lively. I am hoping this build will turn out good. I am planning on going for a weekend driver with maybe some shows not sure yet. My 68 Chevy will be the daily driver. If you have any more questions just let me know.....

Nice to see a fellow Texan. I live 35 miles south of Dallas in Italy, Tx. There's some great folks from all over the world on this site with lots of knowledge of the old Chevy trucks.
