Here's a shot of our 1960 wearing a new coat of JD Blitz Black. It came out very nice with virtually no striping. I actually like it better than when it was shiny. URL=http://img78.imageshack.us/i/blitz001a.jpg/] [/URL]

Pretty clean. It really makes the white bumper/grille stand out.

Sorry guys, I’ve been away from the site for a bit. Good eye Scooter, it’s actually the back half of an Old Ford Courier, now serving duty as a trailer. Not sure what happened to the link, so I’m reposting the photo: This was before the Moon decals and vintage style bed rails were added. Here’s what it looked like before winter with the decals and bed rails added: And here it is wearing snow tires on rally wheels: The paint has been incredibly durable. I’ve been doing a bunch of small projects during the winter and inadvertently rubbed against the paint many times, and it’s had a tarp dragged over the fenders and bed, and there isn’t a mark on it anywhere. Now I see why they put this stuff on tractors. My only regret is I didn’t paint it Blitz Black 10 years earlier. It’s so nice just being able to have fun with the truck instead of sweating over every nick and scratch.
