Anyone have any kind of measurements for tire and wheel sizes that can be put on our trucks? Measurements such as backspacing would be helpful.

It's going to depend a lot on what bed style you have and what ride height you prefer. I'm running a stepside at stock height and in the rear 255x70x15's on 7 inch rims that fit perfectly with no rubbing on the front or the back, loaded or unloaded. In the past I've also run 8" rims that fit the same. Both the 7" and 8" have zero offset (the mounting surface is dead center of the rim) - backspacing the same as frontspacing. If your truck is a fleetside these may not fit. If your truck is lowered, you may need an adjustable panhard bar to keep the tires centered in the wheel wells. There are a lot of variables to consider since the width of the inflated tire will change depending on the wheel width. On my 7" rims, the sidewalls are pinched in a bit. On the 8" rims, the sidewalls bulge out further which may cause interference. The way I tackle this is to mount a wheel (any wheel) and measure the clearance from the rear of the rim to the bedwall/frame, and front of the rim to the fender. Then measure the offset of the wheel, and determine what offset is needed to center the rim in the available space. At least this will maximize what can be fitted. Good luck.
