Hey hows it going. I personally haven't tried any shops around town yet but i have contacted a couple. one was the Paint Shop in Phoenix and the other i'll have to find again for you. Found it on Craigslist. the guy sounded very knowledgable and either used your aftermarket body pieces or will fab up what you need. and at $25-35 a hour i thought about at least checking out his shop for my '66 long bed. let me try to find this shops contact info. also this shop is in Glendale off of Grand and Bethany somewhere.

Hey there, I am having to reconstruct to lower part of my cab also. (cab corners, complete floor, door sills, rockers, lower firewall, kick panel area plus I need new doors, tailgate, rear bumper, and fenders inner and outer) My truck probably should have been scrapped years ago but the 8ft stepside box, frame, and 327 drivetrain is in very good shape. It'll take a couple years but I think with the oxy acetylene torches and mig welder I can refabricate it to look cherry. Good luck, We're all in this together.
