I have finally started the restoration on my truck. I have the engine, transmission, transfercase being rebuilt in St. Louis. The frame is going out next week to be sandblasted and painted. Cant wait to begin on bodywork and get truck back together. It will probably take most of the year to get done. My next project a 1963 k-20 will have to wait till next year and also my 1964 c-60

Tough stuff after 49 yrs of use. I am glad i bought NOS gears for sm-420 was told they are no longer available.

Time needed to resand, prime again with sealer primer seam sealer and aligning everything up then paint
