does anyone have any ideas how to free up the driverside door lock?
I have liquid wrenched the lock for a month from the window. cant get the door to open. I can see the lock mechinizem move but I think there is a little linkage that ride inside the lock and springs down on to the star wheel . help!

Something like this happened to me when I took my doors off, and tried to put them back on again. What happened was I got them so off line when I shut it the door mechanism went so far into the kick plate it wouldnt come open. I just got in it held the handle to where the door would normally open, and kicked the door in the area of the mechanism. The door is pretty strong there so it can take it. You might try that if your door is not actually locked and in that case I have no clue.

How do I know so much about these trucks??
