hello:
i would like to install a 60-61 hood on my 65 chevy. i have heard that a direct fit is not possible. can this be done easily or are serious modifications needed?

I was under the impression that it would fit like a glove. Anybody else have any thoughts on this?

Im pretty sure they are the same because,
1. Ive seen a 62-66 hood on a 60-61.
2. The fenders, grill support, and inner fenders are the same. ( the inners are close)

yeah it works perfect.i wasnt sure either so i posted the same question a week ago but nobody responded.anyways,i went ahead and tryed it and it works fine.the body line are the same.

I have a 64 that we put a 61 apache hood on, it fits fine the only thing we needed was to install a new hood latch.

anyone know if its possible to turn my c10 into 4x4 ?
