You know I said before not to paint it, but I dig it a solid color, and I like it better with out the hubcaps, some of those bullet shaped center caps would be killer.
Heres an idea I've seen on some trucks done in sorta the style your aimin at. I dont know how hard it is to do but, Ive seen people taking the rear bumper, and installing it upside down with the step part down and the license plate under the bumper instead of on top. Just something to think about.

Yeah, gotta stop that rust on these trucks when you can, I sometimes think they came from the factory with it. I like the idea of the dash, I remember a few years ago in one of the truck magazines there was a guy that had a I think 50-53 Chevrolet Truck and had put a 59 Impala Dash in it. Ofcourse in that truck he had to section it and make it narrower and I thought it looked amazing in that truck and Im pretty sure a cool 50's dash would look just as good in one of these trucks too.

That's a great looking truck. I bet it turns a lot of heads as you drive it down the road.

I found a place where they have the PPG blue paint in Enamel, it is not ridiculously expensive but the bodywork had better be good because good paint is going to show any flaw. My truck has a really bad paint job but it looks good enoung for now, I am just trying to get it to the driving stage again, 350, 700r4, tilt, disc brakes, power steering , and A/C........will do the fancy paint last.
