While we have been restoring cars for a while this is our first 60's truck. Plans are already in the works for more as there are plenty of them (and parts) here in VA. This one will be dark yellow when done and look like the yellow truck on out page with the exception on the interior as ours will have much more. www.bobnorris.net/truck/

72 GMC (Leaf Springs) The only thing you have to do for teh body is use the rear cam mouts off the 60's frame. Swap them out and thats it.

Yes some of the chevys had leafs. The radiator swap should be an easy one using the 66. I plan on using a later model larger capacity so I will be doing some minor mods. Remember what I said about the back cab mounts.. use the ones off the 66, grind off the rivets and bolt them on the 72 and your done!

I was looking at the cab mounts on both and they look the same, of course the cab is still on the 72, I take it the holes for the rubber is a different size then??..
