I have a 1964 1/2ton chev truck. 2 wheel drive. I want to convert from drum to disk. what are some donor year trucks that will be interchangeable? is it best to just buy all new parts or try to find the correct donor vehicle? The truck is not a rotting disaster but far from mint!

`73 to `87 c10 or sub, you don`t need to change you crossmember unless you want to, just grab spindles, rotors, caliphers, lines, master, booster and prop valve, use the newer balljoints on your `64 control arms, and newer tierod ends, if you go to power steering you`ll need to get a plate from CCP...

How about a rotor for the mid 70's with 5 on 4 3/4 bolt pattern? Where does the 3" wider spread come from? Spindles, A Arms, spindles, or rotors? If I wanted the stock width can it be done with the 79 front suspension?
