I am having trouble with my power steering pump. The pulley seems to be set out much further that it needs to be. As of now I think that I am going to have to put a pretty serious extension on the pulley that drives the alt. and water pump. I'm not sure if this is normal or if the pump is wrong or what. By the way this is my first Chevy build and I am upgrading to power steering and brakes so I have no bass line. Thanks.

On many applications the P/S pump does not drive off the same belt that drives the rest of the accessories but uses a separate belt and crankshaft pulley.

V8 or inline6? Pictures of what the setup looks like now? Headers? Stock exhaust?
Any bracketry can be bought or made to run whatever accessories you want. Just figure out everything that needs a pulley and where you can put it and start making it happen. Or look at the aftermarket for a complete set of brackets for your accessories and your engine. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to run power steering and a York compressor for my EDC airbag set up. when I have it mocked up I'll try to remember to put a picture up of how everything went together.
