I am removing my 1965 Chevy stepside inline 230 6 cylinder to a V8 the question is about the perches that are stagered, do i relocate one of them and redrill new holes? Are there any pictures of this process any help will be awesome,Also what about the Turbo 350 tranny mounts. Bob

Maybe I fluked out ... A friend turned me onto the idea of doing a front suspension swap from a mid-70's 1/2 ton with disc brakes. Not a whole lot of mods to do ... had to elongate one hole and drill another. The 3 holes in the cross-member to bottom of frame rail lined right up. Rather than post ALL of the pictures here ... View my whole journal here: www.hotrodders.com/forum/journal.php?journalid=27704&action=viewHere are just a few: You'll also find the answer to your motor mounts, trans cross-member and more ... like power steering, hydro-boost brakes, sway bar, and more. I hope this helps.
